Shift Manager – Industry Focus
Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Shift Manager to performs a variety of tasks within our recycling facility in Goleta, CA. The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. You’ll assist the Location Manager in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees on a specific shift.
This is a management role, full-time, with opportunities for you to grow with us. We’re looking for people with skills in communication, problem solving, and time management. Your experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements of the Shift Manager
High School Diploma
Learning Orientation, Computer literacy
Minimum of 6 Months experience, as a Production Manager preferred
