Leadpoint Business Services seeks several Facilities Maintenance Helpers to assist with repairs and diagnostics as well as preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment used in our Lakeville, MN production facility. These are full-time positions with growth potential.

EARN $19.75/HOUR + BENEFITS

Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. & Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30p.m.

As Maintenance Helper with Leadpoint you will also receive:

As Maintenance Helper, you will assist our experienced maintenance technicians with their work, including gathering and handing tools, Cleaning areas around and under machine belts, preparing workspaces, and whatever else is needed.  You will also be taught:

• The operation and light maintenance of heavy equipment (front end loaders, skid steers, forklifts etc.).
• How to maintain cleanliness around and under machine belts.

You will be expected to:

• Are at least 18 years of age or older.
• Communicate with your supervisor and/or the equipment operators for clarification of any maintenance problems.
• Follow instructions in a detailed manner while following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
• Consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
• Assisting Maintenance in any projects
• Dropping all Conveyor pans during downtime and cleaning the debris that falls
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Drop all Conveyor Belly Pans and clean up debris.
• Drop all Conveyor Belly Pans and clean up debris.
• Assist the Maintenance crew with any repairs.
• Cleaning of the inside of Screens.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
